Instructions
  1. Dry rub ribs liberally with Dad’s Chili Spice Mix. Wrap the ribs in cellophane place in fridge overnight, or up to 24 hours.
  2. Remove ribs from fridge and wrap in aluminum foil. Do not remove the cellophane. Place on a baking sheet and then in a 300 degree oven. Roast for 2 hours.
  3. Remove ribs from oven, unwrap foil and cellophane. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
  4. Place ribs on a hot charcoal grill directly over coals. Roast for 5 minutes per side. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes. Dig in!
